Childern in Juarez Prepared for Violence

After a shooting erupted outside their grade school, children in Juarez learned what to do in the case of an emergency. Juarez is one of the most dangerous cities in Mexico, with frequent shootings and violence. The children are now prepared, and know what do do if they are in danger. The governor of Chihuahua, where Juarez is located, was at first against the policy, claiming that it would send the wrong message to the world. The teachers and parents support the policy, and are hoping to keep all the children alive and safe, despite the violence that surrpunds them.
